Are all hotels served by the provider?

The area covered by the provider is indicated in the activity description.

Please note that pick-up is generally limited to hotels located within the city limits or in nearby surrounding areas.

When booking, you will be asked to provide the name and address of your hotel. If the provider is unable to offer pick-up because your hotel is outside the service area, your booking will be declined, and we will inform you. An alternative solution will be offered, such as the nearest available meeting point.
