How do I know if hotel pickup is included in the activity?

You will find information on the description of the activity in the “price included” section.

The area served by the provider will also be indicated in the “Good to know” section and myabe in the title of the activity.

When pickup is included, confirmation of the exact pickup location is done in 2 steps:

- When making your booking, you will be asked to provide the name and address of your hotel.

- The day before your pickup, you will be asked to contact the local provider by phone to reconfirm the time and location of your meeting with them. If necessary, your hotel reception should be able to handle this call.
