How do I know if hotel pickup is included in the activity?

You can find this information in the service description under the "Price includes" section of the product page on ceetiz.com.

The pick-up area covered by the provider will also be indicated under the "Good to know" and "Important" sections.

When pick-up is included, confirmation of the exact pick-up location takes place in two steps:

- When making your booking, you will be asked to provide the name and address of your hotel.

- The day before your pick-up, you will need to contact the local provider by phone to reconfirm the pick-up time and location. If needed, your hotel reception should be able to assist you with the call.
