Can I be picked up at a non-hotel address?

When booking a transfer, after selecting the date and number of people, you will be asked to enter your pick-up location. In most cases, pick-up is from a hotel. However, some providers may allow pick-up from a private address. That said, it is very rare for providers to accept private address pick-ups due to logistical reasons.

If private addresses are not supported, you can enter the name of the nearest hotel when making your booking.
