How can I have my hotel pick-up time?

Hotel pick-up is included in certain activities. When booking, you will need to provide the exact address of your hotel. Before your departure, we will inform you of the estimated pick-up time. However, you will be asked to call the local provider—usually the day before your activity—to reconfirm the exact time and pick-up location, or the provider may contact you directly.

Your hotel reception should be able to assist you with the call if needed.
