After each reservation on our site, we send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Some activities are immediately confirmed, in this case you will receive your confirmation voucher by email right after making your reservation. Other activities, however, require time to be confirmed. You will therefore have your confirmation voucher by email within the following days (48 to 72 hours).
We offer a wide range of activities around the world. The procedure for accessing the service therefore varies depending on each provider.
Different documents allow you to access your service.
You will either need to:
1) Present the Ceetiz voucher directly to the local provider at the start of the service. In this specific case, the Ceetiz voucher serves as an official ticket.
2) Present the Ceetiz voucher to the office of the local provider who will give you an official ticket and tell you the starting point of the service.
3) Present the official ticket from the service provider which will be sent to you by email by Ceetiz. You will either have to present the official ticket at the start of the service directly, or go to the office of the local service provider so that they can give you another ticket to access the service.
Please note that it will each time be indicated on your Ceetiz voucher (in the good to know section):
- the procedure to follow to collect the official ticket (if necessary)
- the exact address of the meeting place
- whether it is imperative to present a printed version of the ticket/exchange voucher or whether the mobile version is sufficient
- if it is necessary to contact the service provider the day before in order to reconfirm the date of the activity, the meeting place and time
You can also find your Ceetiz vouchers by going directly to your customer account on the site, which you access using the email address and password entered when you registered
