After each booking made on our website, we send you an acknowledgment email confirming that your order has been received.
Some activities are immediately confirmed—in these cases, you will receive your confirmation voucher by email right after placing your booking.
Other activities require a delay for confirmation. In that case, you will receive your confirmation voucher by email within the following 48 to 72 business hours.
We offer a wide range of activities around the world, so the procedure for accessing your activity may vary depending on the provider.
You may be required to present different types of documents to access your activity. Depending on the provider, you will either:

Present your Ceetiz voucher directly to the local provider at the start of the activity. In this case, the Ceetiz voucher serves as your official ticket.

Present your Ceetiz voucher at the local provider's office, where they will give you an official ticket and inform you of the meeting point.

Present the official ticket from the provider, which will be emailed to you by Ceetiz. You may be asked to present this ticket directly at the activity’s starting point or go to the provider’s office to receive another ticket to access the service.

Whether a printed version of the ticket/voucher is required, or if a mobile version is accepted
