Some Ceetiz activities require only a tentative date rather than a fixed date.
Generally, Ceetiz vouchers are valid for 6 months to 1 year. You can find this information on your voucher under the “Good to Know” section.
You can use your Ceetiz voucher on any date of your choice within the validity period.
However, if your voucher does not specify that it can be used on any date, and the dates do not match those you originally selected, please submit a request via the “Help” button or by email at help@ceetiz.com.
