Mobile or printable voucher?

The voucher is the PDF document with the Ceetiz logo that you receive by email once your activity has been confirmed by our local provider.

There are two possibilities:

1. Your voucher can be shown on a mobile device (unless otherwise stated).

2. Your voucher must be printed – this requirement will be clearly mentioned on the voucher sent after confirmation.

The Ceetiz voucher may sometimes be accompanied by an official ticket provided by the local provider, in which case the previously mentioned conditions also apply.

Unfortunately, the format is not optional and depends on the requirements of our providers.
