Justificatives : What documents must be provided for payment by ANCV holiday checks ?

- The completed ANCV form (download from the bottom of the article)
- Holiday checks made payable to Ceetiz
- A copy of the identity document of the holder of the ANCV holiday vouchers (only if the checks are in the name of a third party)
