Justificatives : What documents must be provided for payment by ANCV holiday checks ?

The documents you need to provide are the following:

• The completed ANCV form (downloadable at the bottom of the article).

• The holiday vouchers made payable to Ceetiz.

• A copy of the ID of the ANCV voucher holder (only if the vouchers are in the name of a third party).

IMPORTANT: Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the complete file.
