Once you have completed your activity reservation(s), you will be asked to pay by Chèques Vacances ANCV during the online payment stage.
- Pay by credit card.
- Wait for final confirmation of your activity(ies).
- After confirmation, print, complete and sign the form.
- You will need to send us the completed and signed form by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Ceetiz.com, 13-15 rue des Sablons, 75116, Paris.
- Holiday checks must be made payable to Ceetiz in “Service provider details” appearing on the check. The form completed and signed by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Ceetiz.com, 13-15 rue des Sablons, 75116, Paris.
After receipt of the form and the holiday vouchers by Ceetiz, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the holiday vouchers, less the administration fees applied by Ceetiz and which are as follows:
- €5 for any order of less than €100.
- €8 for any order of an amount between €100 and €150.
- €10 for any order over €150.
The refund will be made within 30 working days (i.e. approximately 1 and a half months) from receipt at our premises. Ceetiz will not confirm receipt of your holiday vouchers, you will need to take into account the document issued by the Post Office
ATTENTION :
- Reimbursement of payment for your order made by credit card will only be made upon receipt of the complete file. Any shipment which does not comply with the aforementioned conditions cannot be processed in a timely manner and will be subject to an additional €5 management fee, without any complaint being admissible.
- Ceetiz disclaims all liability in the event of sending ANCV checks by regular mail. In addition, Ceetiz can only note the contents of the envelope when it is opened in its offices and cannot be held responsible for poor postal delivery, the opening of the envelope and a proven difference between the amount of the shipment and the amount noted on arrival.
- If the amount of the holiday vouchers is greater than the amount of the initial reservation, the price difference cannot be refunded.
- Holiday vouchers which are not sent with their counterfoil or which contain erasures, mentions or overprints cannot be accepted and cannot be refunded.
- Only valid holiday vouchers will be accepted.
- In case of cancellation, the amount of the reservation deducted from any cancellation fees will be refunded by transfer.
- Under no circumstances will ANCV be refunded without a reservation previously paid for on the Ceetiz website.
- If the holiday vouchers are not in the name of the referring traveler or the holder of the Ceetiz account used to place the order, you will then need to provide a photocopy of the identity document of the beneficiary of the holiday vouchers.
- Holiday vouchers sent beyond thirty (30) days after departure will no longer be accepted.
- e-ANCVs are not accepted.
