How am I reimbursed for a booked service?

Once your cancellation request is submitted, our customer service team will get back to you to confirm whether the cancellation is free of charge or not.

If your booking is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase within a maximum of 30 business days (excluding ANCV payments, which are refunded via a gift card valid for one year).
