The cancellation policy for an activity can be viewed on the product page by clicking “See cancellation conditions.”
The countdown of days does not include the day of your scheduled activity when making the reservation.
For example, if your activity is cancellable without fees up to 7 days before (D-7) and you request a cancellation on January 23 for an activity scheduled on January 30, the free cancellation period will have expired, and cancellation without fees will no longer be possible.
