The conditions for canceling an activity are visible on the product sheet, next to a calendar pictogram.
You can also see the details of the conditions by clicking on the “See cancellation conditions” button.
The count of days does not take into account the day chosen for your activity when booking.
For example, if your activity can be canceled free of charge until D-7 and you make a cancellation request on January 24 and the activity was scheduled for January 30, cancellation without charge will no longer be possible.
