How does my Rome and Vatican Pass work?

Once your booking for the Rome and Vatican Pass has been confirmed, you will receive your QR codes and your Ceetiz voucher by email.

Please note: these QR codes are not the official pass. You will need to collect your official pass at one of the locations listed on your Ceetiz voucher.

You must then pre-book your activities. Instructions for each activity can be found directly on your Ceetiz voucher.

IMPORTANT! These activities are in high demand, so we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible, as availability is limited and not guaranteed.

As Ceetiz only sells the pass as a whole, we are not able to make these pre-bookings on behalf of customers and cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of any activities.
