How does my Explorer Pass New York work?

Once you have booked your Explorer Pass New York, you will receive your QR codes and your Ceetiz voucher by email.

You'll also find information on how to use your pass.

The e-mail address registered at the time of booking is the one registered on Go City.

You can download an E-book from your voucher with the QR Code, in order to find all the activities in your pass and pre-book the activities that require it.

Please note that as Ceetiz is only a reseller, we are not in charge of pre-booking the activities with your pass.

If your e-mail address is incorrect, you can change it by following the instructions on your pass.
