How does my Explorer Pass New York work?

Once your booking for a New York Explorer Pass is confirmed, you will receive your QR codes and your Ceetiz voucher by email.

You will also find practical information on how to use your pass.

The email address provided at the time of booking is the one registered with Go City.

You can download an E-book from the QR code page, where you’ll find a list of all the activities included in your pass, along with instructions to pre-book those that require reservations.

Please note that Ceetiz is only a reseller and is not responsible for making activity reservations with your pass.

If there was a mistake in the email address you entered, you can update it by following the instructions on page 1 of your pass.
