How do I make a claim?

For any complaint and/or dispute, please submit a request using the contact form available via the link below ("Submit a request"), and include the following information:

• Last name

• First name

• Booking number

• Explanation of the situation (with evidence if needed)

You can also send a detailed complaint by email to help@ceetiz.com.

Please note that complaints will not be handled by phone (except if you are on site).
