Two cases are possible:

If you received the confirmation emails and the booking appears in your account, then the payment was successful, and you will receive the final booking confirmation automatically or within 48 to 72 hours.

If you did not receive a confirmation email (even if the booking appears in your account), it is possible that the payment was not successful. In this case, we recommend contacting customer service to confirm whether the booking was processed.
