2 cases are possible:
1. If you receive the confirmation emails and the order appears in your account, then the payment has been successful and you will receive confirmation of the reservation automatically or within 48 to 72 hours.
2. If you have not received a confirmation email, then the payment may not have gone through. We invite you to contact customer service to confirm that the reservation has not been taken into account. It can be a glitch on our system that charge you but don't send the voucher.
