The cancellation and modification policies for an activity are available on the product page on our website, as well as on your voucher.
If your activity is non-cancellable and non-changeable, unfortunately, we won’t be able to modify the selected dates of your booking.
If the conditions still allow for a free modification, we invite you to send us a request via the contact form in the "Help" section or by email at help@ceetiz.com.
For any cancellation request, a dedicated button is available in your “My Orders” section.
