If you would like to add one or more people to an existing booking, you have several options:

Cancel the original booking (if permitted by the conditions — please note that some activities are subject to availability) and make a new reservation for the desired number of participants.

Book separately for the additional person(s) and provide our customer service team with both booking references. We will then do our best to notify the provider and request that the two bookings be grouped together (subject to feasibility).
Please note that Ceetiz cannot guarantee 100% that the two bookings can be merged. You will receive a confirmation if it is possible.
If you would like to remove a participant from your booking, you also have two options:

Cancel the entire booking (if permitted by the conditions) and make a new reservation.

Contact us to request a partial cancellation and partial refund (if allowed by the activity’s cancellation policy).
