Some bookings are confirmed immediately. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation along with your voucher within a few minutes.
However, some activities require a delay before confirmation, usually between 24 and 72 business hours — and in rare cases, a bit longer. After your payment is confirmed, you will first receive an order confirmation, followed a few days later by a booking confirmation with your voucher.
Please note: some bookings may be declined. In that case, our customer service team will contact you with alternative options.
Our booking team also uses an internal alert system to help prioritize and manage urgent confirmations efficiently.
