First of all, you need to check that the activity has been confirmed.
To do this, go to "My orders" (click on the initials at the top right of the Ceetiz Agent) and check that the status is "confirmed".
If it is, a confirmation e-mail has been sent to you. Also, the voucher will be available just below.
Customer service can also send it to you by e-mail at help@ceetiz.com.
